Courier service

  • From 2 to 7 business days after the placement of the order and processing of payment. The courier will contact the phone number used to place the order, or you will receive an SMS with information on the approximate delivery time.
  • Delivery time: 8:00 - 20:00 from Monday to Saturday.

  • Delivery time: from 2 to 7 business days after the placement of the order and processing of payment. The courier will contact the phone number used to place the order, or you will receive an SMS with information about which terminal your item has been sent to.
  • You must pick up the package from the machine within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Order tracking

You can always track the status of your order in the My Orders section.
As soon as your order will be completed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive e-mail that the goods are on their way.

Damage and / or fails

Each parcel that is sent from our warehouse is carefully inspected.

If you received a damaged package, please:

Minor damage to the packaging is normal, but if the damage is significant, we ask the customer to follow the instructions below:

  • If the package is seriously damaged, please open the package and check the condition of the order in the presence of the courier. If everything is satisfactory with the order, take the parcel and sign for it, but please leave a record of the damage to the packaging either on the receipt or a different document.
  • If the item is damaged you have the right to refuse the goods. Please make a note of the detection of the defect in the presence of the courier and contact us immediately.

When you contact our Customer Service, please state your order number, name, surname and parcel number (all this information is sent to you via e-mail when the item is dispatched from the warehouse, it can also be found printed on the parcel itself).

We will do everything possible to return the purchase amount as soon as we receive the item back.
